Releasing the Inner Child: A Psycho-spiritual Workshop

Why:
Although we all have the “inner child” residing in us, many of us often attempt to suppress the “inner child”. When we do this we never get to feel normally, play and have fun, relax and manage stress. We take ourselves too seriously, feel guilty at not being good enough and often isolate out of fear that we will be found out to be inadequate.

What to bring:
A comfy blanket and cushion and a vegetarian lunch to share.
